Hi to All our members,
Over the next weeks & months Jamie & I will be making some big changes to the site.
Due to me (Wayne) having knee surgery earlier this year for a torn cartlige (Eyal Yanilov had a simular injury), we have not been able to add more videos.
Now back to full strength we will be shooting videos weekly and adding 2 per week, we have some great ideas for new techniques, drills and conditioning, please see the first one added on the Bat/Club attacks section.
We will also be adding more general content plus giving our members the oportunity to send us their videos for a special members video technique section.
If you would like a spacific technique covered in one of our new videos, please post on the forum and we will do our best to accomodate, we are realy excited about the next year and hope you enjoy the changes to your Krav Maga Site too, Regards - Wayne
