Give this a try to get your brain working! Ideally train with 2 or more partners, (1 is also ok) Example: Knife threat Your partner(s) stand near to you with a knife hidden in their belt or jacket, they then alternate between pulling the knife on you, or putting their hand out to shake hands or pulling their hand forward with a cell phone as if to make a call. I don’t really have to tell you how to react to each one do I?
Krav Maga defending threats video clips You will be a bit jumpy to start with, this is a good tech for confidence, again the more you train the better you get Also remember this, if the person does not pull a knife its still better to move our of the close range anyway as they could be setting you up!
